Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Navo Terms of Service. Breach may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules governing how you may use the Navo Platform, including its messaging features, public listing pages, file upload capabilities, and team collaboration tools. It applies to all users: account holders, team members, authorised users, and contractors.

2. Permitted Uses

The Platform may be used only for lawful purposes directly related to property renovation project management, including managing projects and budgets, uploading project-related photos and documents, communicating with team members, integrating with authorised third-party services, and creating public portfolio or listing pages for your projects.

You must not upload or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or discriminatory; infringes intellectual property rights; contains personal information of third parties without their consent; violates the privacy of tenants, contractors, or neighbours; constitutes spam; or is misleading or deceptive under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Messaging Rules

Messages must be relevant to property renovation project management. Do not use messaging for spam, mass marketing, or unsolicited communications. Do not harass or abuse other users. We may review messages where we have reasonable grounds to investigate a complaint or suspected serious breach. Legal basis: legitimate interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) and APP 3.

All content must be accurate and not misleading. Do not publish personal information of third parties without explicit written consent. Do not publish content that could constitute an unlicensed real estate advertisement. Ensure photos comply with applicable privacy and surveillance laws.

9. Reporting Violations

Email hello@navosuite.com with subject "AUP Report" to report a suspected violation. All reports are treated seriously and investigated promptly.
