No. Navo is designed to be usable by first-time renovators and experienced flippers alike. The quick feasibility walks you through a series of guided questions. If you know the property address, a rough purchase price, and a rough renovation scope, Navo can run a feasibility for you.

Both. Starter is built for someone running their first project. Renovator and Portfolio are built for people running multiple projects simultaneously. The platform scales with you.

Navo works in your mobile browser and is fully optimised for iOS and Android. A dedicated native app is on the roadmap.

Suburb Insights are available for all Australian states. Comparable sales data is auto-loaded for NSW properties. For other states, you can enter your own comparable sales data.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Navo uses Supabase Row Level Security to ensure your data is logically isolated from other accounts. We do not sell or share your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Yes, with controlled access. On Renovator and Portfolio plans, you can invite contractors to your project. They see only the scope relevant to them, not your financials or other projects. Role-based permissions give you full control over what each person can see.

Your data is retained for 12 months after cancellation in read-only archived form, then deleted. Financial transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by Australian tax law. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@navosuite.com.

Navo uses a rolling founding cohort structure. Each cohort locks in a lifetime discount for its members: Founding 50 (first 50 subscribers, 50% off for life), Founding 40 (next 40, 40% off), Founding 30 (next 30, 30% off), Founding 20 (next 20, 20% off), Founding 10 (next 10, 10% off).

Founding 50 monthly rates: Starter $29.50/mo, Renovator $39.50/mo, Portfolio $74.50/mo. Full prices after all founding cohorts are filled: Starter $59/mo, Renovator $79/mo, Portfolio $149/mo. Your discount is locked to the cohort you joined in for the lifetime of your account. Cancel or pause and the founding discount is permanently forfeited. Upgrade to a higher plan and the discount follows you at the higher plan's price.

Yes. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from your account settings. Annual billing gives you 2 months free (pay 10 months, get 12). For founding members, the annual rate is exactly half the cost of 10 monthly payments at the founding rate. Formula: full price × (1 − cohort discount) × 10/12. At full price, annual billing works out to $49.17/mo (Starter), $65.83/mo (Renovator), or $124.17/mo (Portfolio).

Yes. Upgrade at any time from your account settings. If you are a founding member, your founding discount follows you to the higher plan. You pay the founding discount percentage off the higher plan's full price.

Paid plans do not have a separate free trial. Instead, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy within 30 days, email hello@navosuite.com with the subject "Refund Request" and we will process a full refund, no questions asked.

Yes. Additional storage is available as a paid add-on at $4.90/mo per 10GB block, purchasable in multiples from your account settings. Storage add-ons are billed monthly regardless of your main plan billing cycle and do not carry founding discounts.

If you are not completely satisfied within your first 30 days on a paid plan, email hello@navosuite.com with the subject "Refund Request" and we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

If you refer a friend and they sign up on a paid plan, you both get $10. Your referral link is in your account. The $10 credit is issued after they complete 30 days on a paid plan. Maximum one referral credit per calendar month.

The affiliate programme is open to everyone. Fill in a short expression of interest, get your tracked link and a simple one-page agreement, then earn 10% recurring commission on every active subscriber you refer. No cap, no minimum referrals required.

Yes. All three operate independently and stack. They do not affect each other.

Navo was built by a husband-and-wife team with backgrounds in construction economics and big data. We run renovation projects ourselves and built Navo to solve the problems we personally experienced.
