1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We use "cookies" to refer to all similar technologies including web beacons, pixel tags, local storage, and session storage.
Navo uses cookies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, understand how the platform is used, and improve the experience for all users.

4. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use Navo. GA4 collects anonymised data including pages visited, session duration, approximate city-level location, and device type. IP addresses are anonymised before storage.
To opt out of Google Analytics across all websites, install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
5. Managing Your Cookie Preferences
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to view, delete, and block cookies. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in to Navo.
Browser settings: Visit your browser's help documentation for instructions on managing cookies. Look for "Privacy", "Security", or "Cookies" in your browser settings.
You can also manage your preferences at any time from your Navo account settings under "Privacy and Cookies".
6. Do Not Track
Navo does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. You can manage your privacy preferences through your account settings or browser cookie controls.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email and a Platform notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
