Short version: Refer paying Navo subscribers and earn 10% of their monthly subscription for as long as they stay subscribed. These terms govern that arrangement.
1. Programme Overview
The Navo Affiliate Programme allows approved partners to earn a 10% recurring commission on subscriptions they refer. Applications are reviewed within 2 business days. Approval is at Yapa Technologies' sole discretion.
2. Eligibility
To participate you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have an active Navo account (free or paid)
- Be approved via the affiliate application at navosuite.com/earn
- Have a valid ABN or be an individual resident in Australia (for tax purposes)
- Agree to these Affiliate Terms
3. Commission Structure

Commission is calculated on the net subscription amount excluding GST and Stripe fees.
4. Founding Cohort Referrals
Referrals during a founding cohort period earn commission on the discounted rate. For example, a Founding 50 Renovator subscriber pays $39.50/mo, generating $3.95/mo commission. When founding cohorts are exhausted, referrals earn commission on full-price subscriptions.
5. Payment
- Commissions are paid monthly, approximately 15 days after the end of the calendar month in which they were earned
- Minimum payout threshold: $20 AUD. Earnings below $20 roll over to the following month
- Payment via bank transfer (BSB/account) or PayPal
- You are responsible for any tax obligations on commission income. Where applicable, Yapa Technologies will issue a Recipient-Created Tax Invoice (RCTI) as per our RCTI agreement (signed at onboarding). You agree not to issue your own tax invoice for the same supply.
6. Tracking and Attribution
Referrals are tracked via your unique affiliate link. A referral is attributed to you if the subscriber signs up within 30 days of clicking your link. Last-click attribution applies. Self-referrals (referring yourself) are not eligible for commission.
7. Prohibited Promotion Methods
You must not promote Navo using:
- Spam or unsolicited email
- False or misleading claims about Navo's features, pricing, or results
- Paid search ads targeting Navo's brand keywords without written permission
- Fake reviews or testimonials
- Cookie stuffing or other fraudulent tracking methods
- Any method that violates the Australian Spam Act 2003 or Australian Consumer Law
8. Disclosure Requirements
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Navo when promoting it. Include language such as "I earn a commission if you subscribe to Navo through my link" in any content where your affiliate link appears. This is required by the ACCC guidelines on influencer marketing.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship with 14 days written notice. Yapa Technologies may terminate immediately for violations of these terms, the AUP, or for fraudulent activity. On termination, earned commissions up to the termination date will be paid at the next scheduled payment date. Future commissions on previously referred subscribers cease immediately.
10. Changes to the Programme
We may change commission rates or programme terms with 30 days notice. Changes do not affect commissions already earned. If you do not accept changes, you may terminate your participation with 14 days notice.
11. Limitation of Liability
Yapa Technologies' liability to affiliates is limited to unpaid earned commissions. We are not liable for any loss of anticipated earnings, indirect loss, or loss arising from programme changes made in accordance with these terms.
11b. Non-Australian Affiliates
Non-Australian residents may participate in the affiliate programme but must contact hello@navosuite.com before applying. Withholding tax obligations may apply. Yapa Technologies will not be liable for any foreign tax obligations arising from commission payments to non-Australian affiliates. Payment may be subject to additional conditions for non-Australian participants.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
