Navo offers a free tier that includes quick feasibility, Suburb Insights, and area comps. A free account is required. No credit card needed.
Founding 50 note: Free users who upgrade during a founding cohort period lock in the founding rate from the date of upgrade.
4.1 Plans and Pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Tax invoices are issued automatically at checkout. Yapa Technologies Pty Ltd (ABN 21 697 117 936) is registered for GST.

Annual billing gives 2 months free (pay 10, get 12) on top of any founding rate. Annual founding rate = full price × (1 − cohort discount) × 10/12. For example, a Founding 50 member on Renovator ($79 full price) pays $79 × 0.50 × 10/12 = $32.92/mo billed annually.
Example: A Founding 30 member on Starter ($41.30/mo) who upgrades to Renovator pays $55.30/mo for life, as long as they do not cancel or downgrade.
4.2 Billing Cycle
- Monthly: Charged on the same calendar date each month.
- Annual: Charged once per year. 2 months free vs monthly rate.
- All charges appear on your statement as "YAPA TECHNOLOGIES" or "NAVO".
4.3 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Not happy? Full refund, no questions asked, within 30 days.
Email hello@navosuite.com with the subject "Refund Request" within 30 days of your original subscription date.
4.4 Founding Member Conditions

4.4b Additional Storage
Additional storage is available as a paid add-on at $4.90/mo per 10GB block, purchasable in multiples from your account settings. Storage add-ons are billed monthly regardless of your main plan billing cycle. Storage add-ons do not carry founding discounts.
4.4c Failed Payments
If a payment fails, Navo will retry the charge over 7 days. During this period your account remains active. If the payment is not resolved within 7 days:
- Your account will be downgraded to the free plan
- Any founding cohort discount is permanently forfeited
- Your data is retained and accessible when you resubscribe at the current full price
To avoid this, keep your payment method up to date in account settings. You will receive email notifications before any account change due to payment failure.
