This is important. Your founding discount is a lifetime rate locked at a percentage off the full plan price. It is conditional on your subscription remaining active. Read this document before subscribing.
1. What Is the Founding Member Programme
The Navo Founding Member Programme offers a limited number of early subscribers a permanent percentage discount on their chosen plan. The programme consists of five cohorts, each with a set number of spots and a fixed discount:

Founding rates are GST-inclusive. Annual billing is available with 2 months free applied on top of the founding discount.
2. How the Discount Works
Your founding discount is:
- Applied automatically to every billing cycle for as long as your subscription remains active
- Locked at your cohort percentage, not at a fixed dollar amount. If full prices change in future, your discount percentage remains fixed
- Portable to a higher plan. Upgrade from Starter to Renovator and your cohort discount applies to the Renovator full price
- Protected from general price increases. Founding member rates will never increase due to a standard price rise
3. Conditions for Retaining Your Rate
Your founding discount is conditional on your subscription remaining active and uninterrupted. The following actions result in permanent, irrevocable forfeiture of your founding discount:
- Cancelling your subscription for any reason, including claiming the 30-day refund
- Pausing your subscription
- Downgrading to the free plan
- Account termination for any reason including AUP violations
- Failed payment resulting in subscription lapse (more than 7 days past due)
If you forfeit your founding rate, re-subscribing will be at the full current price for that cohort, regardless of how recently you cancelled. The forfeiture is permanent and cannot be reversed by Yapa Technologies.
4. What Does Not Forfeit Your Rate
- Upgrading to a higher plan
- Switching between monthly and annual billing
- Updating your payment method
- Changing your email address or account details
- A brief payment failure resolved within 7 days
5. Annual Billing at Founding Rates
Annual billing applies 2 months free on top of your founding rate. The formula is:
Annual total = Full price x (1 - cohort discount) x 10
Example: Founding 50 on Renovator: $79 x 0.50 x 10 = $395.00/year ($32.92/mo equivalent). The same forfeiture conditions apply to annual plans.
6. Upgrade Path
You may upgrade your plan at any time while retaining your founding discount. The discount applies to the full price of the new plan from the date of upgrade. You cannot downgrade and retain the founding rate.
7. If Navo Closes
If Yapa Technologies ceases trading or discontinues the Navo platform, founding member subscriptions will be cancelled with a minimum of 30 days notice and a pro-rata refund of any prepaid annual subscription amount. The forfeiture mechanic does not apply in this scenario.
8. Changes to This Programme
The terms of the founding member programme, including the discount percentage and conditions, are fixed at the time of your signup and cannot be changed to your detriment. Yapa Technologies may extend, modify, or close the programme for new subscribers but cannot alter the terms for existing founding members.
9. Acknowledgement
By subscribing to a founding cohort plan at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Founding Member Agreement, including the forfeiture conditions in Section 3.
This agreement is accepted electronically when you tick the acknowledgement checkbox at checkout and complete your subscription. A timestamp and version number are recorded with your account.
9b. Disputes About Forfeiture
If you believe your founding discount has been incorrectly forfeited, contact hello@navosuite.com within 14 days of the forfeiture event. We will review the circumstances and respond within 5 business days. Our decision on forfeiture disputes is final. We cannot reinstate a forfeited founding rate except in cases of clear administrative error on our part.
